Skilled aviation metal workers start to install the forward windows. Our custom floorplans often require custom window locations and configurations.
The forward windows of this new coach will be installed 4.5 inches higher than the factory design to accommodate the wrap-around kitchen counters.

This coach has a large amount of wiring to support the entertainment and communications systems as well as a high electrical demand. The unit will also be outfitted with a propane fueled generator.
The marine grade electrical wiring has been roughed in and the PIC foam insulation is being installed.
Brushed aluminum interior panels are being installed after the stranded bamboo floor is laid down.
Natural oak veneers and solids make up the interior bulkheads, cabinets and furnishings that are being test fitted prior to being stained.
In the cabinetry shop woodworkers create the vanity cabinet for this new custom trailer.
