Exterior photo of the trailer in Tennessee,it's new home.

The interior of the empty shell just after it's arrival from the Airstream factory.

PIC rigid foam insulation being cut to fit for installation into the trailer.

The electrical wiring has been run and you can see insulation being pieced in between the ribs.

The aluminum skins have been prepped in the areas receiving a painted finish and the first coat of primer is being sprayed in.

The walls have been painted Cream Raffia and the stainless shower pan is being placed to fit against the aluminum shower wall.

The beginnings of the wood wainscotting can be seen here. The wood panels are made from a birch veneer/ply that will be stained a light honey color.

The cabinets and built-ins are test fitted before final installation.

A shot of the finished control panel located next to the entry door for easy access when setting up or closing down the coach.

A custom side cabinet with flip up end table and remote storage was built into the front end of the coach. An outlet is located on either side of the piece to allow power hook-up of a laptop or cell phone. You can also see the trim work on the wood paneling going in.

One of our carpenters assembles the upper galley cabinet before installing it.

A detail shot is taken of the wainscot trim detail around the stack windows in the bedroom area.

The lavatory boasts a bamboo floor and platform for the cabinets and loo. Cabinets, trim and wall paneling is done in a honey stained birch.

The galley cabinets are going in along with a double bowl farmhouse sink in 16 guage stainless steel. An instant hot water heater by PrecisionTemp is installed beneath the sink.

Ocean Chart Reading lights by IMTRA sit next to each recliner. A second set of these lights sit bedside in the back bedroom as well.

A close-up view of the custom side table being used. A Tiella brushed nickel track light hangs under the upper cabinetry as additional task lighting.

An overall shot of the galley displays the contrast of dark to light from the floor to the ceiling which opens the space up and makes it feel larger. A neutral paint tone helps draw the ceiling upwards while a dark stain on the bamboo floor creates a heavy, solid base. The medium, honey tone on the cabinets and wall paneling help round out the natural, relaxing color palette while cool accents in stainless steel on the counters, backsplash and hardware create interest in a simple, pleasing way. Undercabinet task lights and aluminum window shades finish off the galley area.

A unique work/dining table extension was incorporated into this desk/hutch unit. There is a leaf below the main countertop that pulls out and pops up into place so that you have a level surface to work on.

In this photo you can see the table leaf in the 'up' position. The flatscreen TV which slides back into the upper cabinet, is pulled out and positioned for viewing from the recliners.

The completed lavatory. The finishing details of the lavatory include stainless fixtures and hardware, a solid surface countertop, aluminum blinds, and a wall mounted, adjustable mirror.

A closer look showcases the Kohler Bolero sink and Delta faucet. The solid surface counter is done in a mosaic botanical.

The entire shower enclosure is built from aluminum panels with a stainless steel shower pan. A Delta brand showerhead and trim kit was selected and the bench seat, which is located over the wheel well, has lift off solid surface lid in the same mosaic botanical color used on the sink counter.

Storage is a commodity when living in an Airstream and this coach abounds with it. A customized closet is filled with options including hanging storage, drawers, and cubbies for two. The forward closet door can also double as a privacy door between the public and private areas of the coach. The flatscreen television located in the bedroom area folds back into a shelving unit meant to hold paperback books, DVD's and other small items.
