The original kithcen and slideout interior taken when the trailer arrived at the shop

You can see the original layout of the forward end cabinetry, the existing sofa and chair, brass hardware and light fixtures, and wall and window treatments.

A new Oak Wood floor in a distressed,natural finish is installed in a herringbone pattern.

Most of the interior furnishings, built-ins, bulkheads, and flooring have been removed in this photo.

modifications were made to the forward cabinetry to accommodate the clients needs. The TV was removed from the upper cabinet and doors will be added to provide closed storage. The cabinets will be refinished and the original countertop put back on.

Makore Wood panels are applied to the walls in living and galley areas.

A faux leather (commercially rated) and with a basketweave texture has been applied as a wall treatment inside the slideout which will house a new sofa.

The original bedframe is refinished on the exterior and a new platform built for it which will house a standard size queen mattress.

Custom copper countertops were made for both the galley and the lavatory.

The galley cabinets were refinished with a white wash coat and then a 1"x1" tile backsplash was installed between the galley counter and upper cabinets (uppers not yet shown).

In the lavatory, a new copper countertop was installed, a 1"x1" tile backsplash and Makore wood veneer on the bulkhead wall with a built-in medicine cabinet not yet installed in the photo. The faux leather used in the slideout was installed on the ceiling and upper part of the wall above the tile.

You can see the detail of the custom hammered copper counter in the lavatory which also was given a custom patina to look aged. The existing lavatory cabinets were refinished in a Jade wash.

The forward cabinetry was refinished in a dark navy stain that contrasts nicely with the Mokore wood panels on the wall. The existing base cabinet doors were refinished to match and new hardware was selected. The existing upper cabinet was reconfigured and new doors were made for the previously open shelves.

The bedroom area walls were covered in a merlot faux leather from the Larry Dennis Compay. Existing cabinetry was refinished in a dark burgundy stain and custom copper counters were made for the nightstands. New hardware was placed throughout. The window valances were reupholstered and wood blinds installed over the windows.

This overall shot of the living area shows the new flooring, refinished cabinetry, and wood wall paneling. A designer sofa was installed into the slideout area along with a flat screen television on a wall-mounted swivel arm. A combination of wood blinds and new curtains adorn the windows throughout.

A final view of the galley area highlights the newly installed copper counters and decorative glass tile backsplash using tiles from Oceanside Glass. A copper sink and faucet, refinished window trims, new black appliances, and decorative hardware finish off the details.

All galley cabinetry was refinished with a white wash stain that was wiped on. It creates a beautiful contrast to the darker tones used throughout the trailer and helps the space to appear larger.

The roadside of the galley houses the refrigerator, microwave and extra storage cabinets. Custom refrigerator panels were made to match the cabinetry and a new microwave and copper counter were installed.

Final shot of the finished lavatory. The recessed medicine chest doors have been installed with new, decorative, hardware. Track lighting was put in over the vintage mirror supplied by the client's designer. An etched Kohler sink and new faucet give added interest to the counter area.
