This 1962 Airstream Globe Trotter came to Timeless with significant water damage, wood rot, and a rodent problems. The owner elected to leave the exterior skin "as found" with a weathered aluminum appearance. The interior floor plan remains largely unchanged from original construction. The Timeless team applied their magic to the running gear, structures, electrical, plumbing and interior finished. Like all Timeless products this coach meets all current codes for safety. Seen here is the galley, patterned after the original, finished in barn wood and copper sheet.

The side of the original cabinetry showing the out dated space heater and a "handyman special" installation job on the refrigerator.

A Timeless installation of new cabinetry of maple veneer, barn board trim and copper panels. The space heater was scrapped and replaced with a modern forced air furnace and the fridge was properly installed and vented.

Detail of new cabinet and solid maple wine rack above refrigerator. For the best quality and to prevent indoor air quality issues, Timeless avoids using processed wood products wherever possible.

New dinette, patterned from the original, built from barn wood, Baltic birch, and copper sheet. The table is also veneered with copper sheet. All of the copper in this coach was left without a protective coating to allow it to naturally age to a beautiful patina.

Detail of wardrobe chest made of naturally aged barn wood. (No vintage barns were harmed in the making of this coach! The wood we use comes from the Wyoming Highway Department as recycled material from snow fence rebuilding projects.)

Wardrobe area leading into bathroom area. Rich, warm earth tone of paint in the bathroom compliments the cool green in the balance of the coach while the light birch and maple wood offset the darker tones of the weathered barn wood and copper.
