Today several thousand Spartans lay idle in fields, back lots and scrap yards awaiting their fate or ready for rebuild and a new life. These trailers were built using aircraft materials and techniques giving them a very distinctive, mid-century shape.

This Spartan was an online auction find for $800. It was located in South Dakota where the dry climate preserved its structure.

A Timeless employee prepares to separate the body from the floor and chassis assembly. Note the missing floor section at the rear of the trailer.

The original interior cabinetry, paneling, insulation, plumbing and electrical wiring have been removed and the floor replaced.

The original chassis was found to have a great deal of corrosion and was determined not to be of sufficient strength to bear the projected load of the remanufactured vehicle. Timeless engineers and certified welders created a new chassis with an added six inches around the perimeter for added ceiling height in the finished coach. For this project Timeless used only the upper body from the original vehicle. This attention to detail is the Timeless difference.

Timeless has the skills and the equipment to expertly handle any project requirements.

Timeless uses marine-grade wiring on every new and remanufactured vehicle.

Timeless utilizes advanced PIC foam with aluminum facing to produce the highest insulation value in the RV industry. PIC foam does not contribute to indoor air quality issues and contains no formaldehyde. PIC foam discourages insects and rodents from nesting in the completed vehicle.

Few vintage bodies are perfect. Timeless designers and craftspeople work to find creative solutions using the best features of a vintage vehicle while blending modern repair techniques into a seamless work of "road art".

Timeless quality and Timeless beauty is enjoyed in every creation.

This Spartan was completed as a two-compartment commercial unit. The forward section was built as a Starter's Office for a golf course while the aft section was finished out as a public restroom for the course guests.

Maple solids, birch veneers and textured aluminum trim finish out this Timeless remanufactured Spartan travel trailer.

A brushed stainless steel ceiling adds a complimentary texture and color to the warm, natural wood interior. Timeless strives to utilize products which maintain a healthy environment inside our coaches and around the world.
