Our Designs
Design
Our in-house Design Department works in close concert with you or your designer to arrive at just the right coach for your tastes and uses. The design process begins with a client interview to determine your specific requirements. You can also get a head start on the process by filling out and returning the residential questionnaire or commercial questionnaire. While you are always welcome at our factory, a personal visit is not required. We work with clients from around the world using the latest in Internet technology, teleconferencing and overnight delivery services to effectively communicate with you to arrive at the perfect vehicle for your needs. Our design process takes from four to 12 weeks depending on the complexity of the project.
The first ten hours of our design time is on us! During this phase we develop a schematic design of your project and an estimated budget. Upon completion of the preliminary designs we enter into an agreement for full design services. During the second phase we develop detailed design drawings and a detailed manufacturing budget which will guide us through the production phase of the work.
Your Personal Travel Trailer
Our interior designers will assist you in setting the project style, materials, colors, textures and other finishes while keeping in mind any special concerns or needs you may have. Remember this is your trailer, you should have it just the way you want it. Our engineers can help with structural, water, electrical and climate control systems. We can also handle any special needs from wheel chair access to solar power.
Your Commercial Project
The Timeless team will work with you to develop the project to meet any specific requirements for your purpose. From catering kitchens to mobile dental offices, from coffee shops to art galleries, television remote studios to mobile command centers, we can custom fit a vehicle to your business needs. Our people have the experience working with code authorities for food service installations, medical facilities, retail operations, and other uses to ensure that your project is truly turn-key for your enterprise when delivered.
Production
If your project involves a new trailer shell from one of our partner suppliers it is typically ordered as soon as the size is determined. New shells usually require an eight to 12 week lead time. Our production floor is typically booked about four to six months in advance. Please call or email us directly to check the current status of our production line.
If you have chosen a vintage or late model trailer for your project we encourage you to have it delivered to our factory as soon as possible. Because each of our coaches is a custom creation for the individual owner and each trailer has its own history of use, maintenance and repairs, there are a great number of variables in each project. Once the trailer is delivered to our facility, we can perform an invasive inspection where we poke and pry into as many corners as we can to get a clear picture of your project.
This inspection will allow us to develop a more concise budget for your trailer with as few surprises as possible once it is in production.
Once your designs are complete and the coach is on the production floor, we complete the tear-down process and begin your rebuild. This process can take from 3 to 5 months depending on the complexity of the project. When your trailer is completed we will take it on a 500 mile test run to make certain that every aspect of your coach is ready to go for you when it is delivered or you pick it up.
