Storage Policy
Storage fees are waived during the initial estimating process and for a period of ten days following the presentation of the estimate to the client. Vehicles still on the property after this ten day period will be subject to a $35.00/day storage fee unless work is signed off on. Timeless Travel Trailers reserves the right to waive this fee for subsequent estimating work on a case by case basis and only in certain circumstances as deemed appropriate by TTT.
Due to limited space availability on our lot, Timeless Travel Trailers, from time to time utilizes local storage facilities to house vehicle overflow. Should space not be available on our lot, we may ask you for permission to store your vehicle at one of these lots until we have space to move the vehicle to our facility. Owners will be responsible for third-party storage facility fees unless otherwise noted in an agreement by TTT.
Vehicles left on the premises for more than 30 days after the initial estimate presentation and without a signed work order will be subject to a) the $35.00/day storage fee; b) the trailer being moved to a third-party storage lot in which that storage facilities fees will apply and are the responsibility of the owner to pay; or after 90 days c) the vehicle being sold to salvage in order to cover storage fees and other costs incurred by TTT.
Storage fees do not apply to vehicles on the premises waiting for work to commence or while work is in progress unless they are stored off premises. Once work is completed, the storage fee is waived for a period of ten days to allow for pick-up or delivery of the vehicle. Vehicles left on the property after the ten day grace period will be subject to the same fees listed above.
Insurance Requirement
Timeless Travel Trailers, LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in vehicles in case of fire, theft, weather or any other cause beyond our control. Vehicle owners are required to secure insurance for their vehicles.
Warranty
Timeless Travel Trailers warrants that it will repair or replace defects in material or workmanship in any components of a Timeless Custom Trailer purchased from Timeless Travel Trailers LLC for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the trailer is first delivered to the original retail purchaser.
Timeless Travel Trailers’ obligation to repair or replace defective materials or workmanship is the sole obligation of Timeless Travel Trailers under this Limited Warranty. Timeless Travel Trailers reserves the right to use new or remanufactured parts of similar quality to complete any warranty work.
Pricing
You are entitled to a price estimate for the repairs/work you have authorized. The repair/work price may be less than the estimate, but will not exceed the estimate without your permission. Parts and pricing may increase at any time and may be included on the final invoice.
Payment Information
Timeless Travel Trailers provides various payment options which are worked out on a case by case basis. Please speak with your Timeless representative to learn more about these options.
We do not provide financing at this time.
Sales Tax
As a result of having our headquarters in Wheat Ridge, CO, we are required to charge a sales tax to all orders picked up in person at our facility. For vehicles delivered to other states, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any tax to their state of residence.
Site Contents
All Materials, including written materials, photographs, icons, images, and graphics that are part of the Site are copyrighted and protected by respective rights owners. The Site and its contents are operated by Timeless Travel Trailers and Unleaded Software of Denver, Colorado.
We grant permission to the user to display, copy, distribute, download, and/or print a hard copy of this Site for the purpose of browsing the site and placing an order with Timeless Travel Trailers.
Please note: permission will be terminated if any of Terms of Use are breached. Any modification or reproduction of the Site and its’ contents without permission from Timeless Travel Trailers is strictly prohibited.
Denial of Access
Timeless Travel Trailers reserves the right to terminate access if you fail to comply with any of terms of our agreement. In the event that access is denied, you are no longer authorized to use the Site.
Customers
The Site and its contents are for the use of our customers. Timeless Travel Trailers does not share any information from this Site with any other mail order house.
